After helping to found Water Education Colorado in 2002, Justice Hobbs poured his heart into the organization’s publications and programs, and dedicated 19 years to serving as its Vice President and Publications Chair. He was a tireless advocate and champion for WEco’s mission to promote increased understanding of water issues in Colorado, and the contributions he made through nearly two decades of service are of inestimable value.
